A busy person who has benefited tremendously from embracing mindful living.
The intention is, through the blog and the courses I run, to raise awareness about how mindfulness can help everyone – young and old. In turn I hope to help boost people’s well-being and help people be more resilient, creative and focused. Mindfulness can also reduce stress and anxiety.
I started blogging and Mission: Mindfulness in 2016 in the hope to help people live more mindfully.
