The Saturday Sesh #18

Hello and welcome back to the Saturday Sesh – the linky hosted by myself and Lucy from What My Fridge Says.

I hope the return to normality hasn’t been too bad for everyone after the festive season.  We have the girls’ Birthday in January to keep us in celebration mode but I know it can be a notoriously tricky time for people.    I have certainly been making sure I am doing a formal mindfulness practice most evenings to help me with my mood when the days are short and there is so much darkness around.

Anyway I have to say the collection of posts for the first ‘Saturday Sesh’ of 2018 were really high quality and so reading these was definitely a highpoint of the week.  It was very difficult to pick a featured post as a result. In the end I went for Mackenzie Glanville’s  post called ‘If you are just quiet, if you can just be still, you will hear it’ – for obvious reasons (given my love of mindful meditation) I think you’ll agree :-).
